Privacy
This is a plain-language MVP summary. Enpowerly does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO or other compliance certifications.
Data collected
Account details (name, email), organization details you enter, work and role descriptions, capability information about people and AI tools, evidence notes and documents you upload, manager decisions and outcome measurements. We do not ask for protected characteristics such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation or political beliefs.
Purpose
To produce decision-support recommendations about how work could be allocated across people, training, AI tools and hiring, and to measure outcomes your team records.
Storage
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and private file storage. Each organization's records are isolated with row-level security so that only members of that organization can access them.
AI processing
When you run an analysis, the minimum necessary role, capability and evidence data is sent server-side to an AI model to produce structured recommendations. AI outputs are labelled as inferences or recommendations and are never treated as verified facts.
Deletion & contact
Organization owners can delete records from within the app. To request full deletion of your organization or account, contact us via the contact page.
Enpowerly provides decision-support recommendations. Employment, hiring, compensation and personnel decisions remain the responsibility of authorized human decision-makers.
